  • Yes! Full Dose supports you from concept to completion. We’ll help develop custom products that align with your vision and goals. Custom formulation starts at $650 and includes two rounds of edits.

  • Yes, we offer semi-custom options like adjusting scent, thickness, or active ingredient levels. For complex edits, custom development may be needed. Product development starts as low as $250, with minimums starting at just 100 units.

  • Yes, unless otherwise requested, all custom-branded skincare is vegan and cruelty-free.

  • Yes—our products are formulated without parabens, phthalates, sulfates, PEGs, mineral oils, drying alcohols, formaldehyde, synthetic dyes, and added fragrance.

  • Whenever possible, yes. However, not all ingredients are certified organic.

Label Design & Packaging

  • No, but you can! Clients typically choose one of three paths:

    1. Logo provided – We design the label for $50/each, with 2 rounds of edits.

    2. No branding yet – We create a logo/brand kit starting at $450.

    3. Design your own – We digitize and revise Canva/graphic designer files ($50–$150/hr) to meet FDA standards.

  • Absolutely. Our team provides turnkey label design services with your review and input every step of the way.

  • Yes, you can send us your own artwork, provided it meets FDA labeling requirements. Our team will review your files to ensure compliance and may make necessary adjustments. We’re happy to work with your designer or existing assets to bring your vision to life while maintaining industry standards.

  • Yes. We can match your existing branding if you provide artwork, logo, and fonts.

  • Labels include a Front Panel (product name, logo, size) and Back Panel (directions, ingredients, warnings, company info). We follow FDA-compliant formatting.

    • Premium Labels: UV-coated, moisture-resistant, and highly durable. Perfect for showers and retail environments.

    • Screen Printing: Ink printed directly on the packaging—ideal for orders of 1000+ units. Durable and budget-friendly.

  • Yes, but only on flat surfaces (e.g., square bottles or jar lids). It doesn’t work on curved containers and isn’t suitable for oils. Prices vary depending on complexity.

  • Yes, label application is included with trial, retail, and backbar products. Unlabeled options are available upon request.

Orders & Fulfillment

    • White label: Ships within days of label approval

    • Semi-custom: Typically 3–4 weeks

    • Custom products: Longer development, timeline based on your selections
      All products ship via FedEx Ground unless otherwise arranged.

  • Private or white label products with pre-approved packaging can ship within two weeks of label approval.

  • Most products start at 36–50 units per SKU. This low MOQ lets you test your market before scaling up.

  • We can accommodate large-volume orders with extended lead times. Let us know your needs and timeline during your consult.

    • Initial Order: 3–4 weeks after label approval

    • Reorders: 2 weeks

  • Yes! You can request trial, retail, or backbar samples—some are complimentary, while others are available for a small fee.

  • Yes. You can use backbar products and your own containers to make samples, or we can handle production for retail environments.

  • Unopened: 2 years from manufacturing.
    Opened: 3–12 months, depending on formula.

Pricing & Fees

  • Pricing is provided in your custom product proposal following your Discovery Call.

  • Your quote includes product, packaging, filling, and physical labels. Shipping (FedEx Ground) is billed separately without markup. There is a $50 Label Set-Up Fee per SKU.

  • We offer transparent, industry-low pricing.

    • $50 label set-up per SKU (includes 2 edits)

    • $50 label re-setup if edited post-approval

    • Labels cost $1–3/each and are ordered in multiples of 500
      You own your labels and we store them for future use.

Product Naming & Compliance

  • Yes! We encourage custom names that reflect your brand and target customer.

  • Consider your customer’s needs, skin type, and product benefits. The name should resonate with your audience and align with your brand.

  • Yes. Names must comply with FDA regulations. Cosmetics can’t claim to treat, cure, or change skin function (e.g., "heal" or "stimulate collagen"). You’re responsible for trademark checks and naming compliance.

Ingredients & Testing

  • You’ll receive full INCI ingredient lists with your product proposal and with all sample shipments.

International Shipping & Skincare Types

  • We don’t work directly with Korean labs, but several chemists on our team have experience with Korean formulations and manufacturing standards.

  • Yes, we ship non-prescription items worldwide.

  • Yes, most products are available in professional sizes for in-office or backbar use.
